These terms cover participation in S2S Sports Australia programs.

Bookings are confirmed once payment (or an instalment plan) is completed and required player information and consents are provided. Program places are limited and allocated in booking order.

Rugby league is a contact sport. S2S delivers structured, safety-first coaching, and parents must provide accurate medical information at booking and keep it up to date.

S2S may reschedule individual sessions (for example, due to weather or ground closure); rescheduled 10-week sessions are made up so the full number of sessions is delivered. If S2S cancels an entire program, affected families are offered a transfer or refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and transfers are handled under the Refund Policy and Transfer Policy.
