Every S2S coach and helper holds a valid Working With Children Check, tracked in our system with expiry alerts.

Player information is protected with least-privilege access: session staff see names, groups and essential safety alerts only. Full records are restricted to authorised administrators.

Check-in and pick-up are recorded at every clinic. Children are released only to the nominated pick-up adults. Any incident is documented the same day and reviewed by the program owner.
